The Launch Kit is delivered as a digital download after payment. If you cannot access the files or the files are materially incomplete, contact admin@gptmarketplus.com within 14 days so we can restore access, replace the files, or issue an appropriate refund.

Because downloadable materials can be copied immediately, change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed after successful access. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Custom services and sponsorships

Custom implementation and sponsorship placements are not sold automatically on this site. Scope, deliverables, timing, payment terms, cancellation rights, and any refund terms must be stated in a written proposal or order before payment is requested.

Payment questions

Include the purchaser email and PayPal order ID when contacting support. Do not email payment-card details or passwords.
