Who this policy covers
This policy covers GPTMarketPlus's publication and its own product and service interactions. GPTMarketPlus and the AgentID implementation-services brand share ownership. Contact admin@gptmarketplus.com with privacy questions.
Information needed to operate the site
Website requests pass through our hosting and security infrastructure. Request information can include an IP address, requested address, browser information, timestamps, and security or error records. We use operational records to serve pages, investigate faults, prevent abuse, and protect purchases and private workspaces.
When you contact us or use an inquiry form, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, business details, and message. We use it to respond and handle the request. A purchase or inquiry is not permission for unrelated marketing; any marketing choice is separate.
Optional analytics and your choice
Google Analytics 4, affiliate impression tracking, and CJ affiliate automation are optional. Where configured, their scripts and impression pixels load only after you explicitly allow optional features. Declining does not prevent reading the publication, following affiliate links, or purchasing our products.
Analytics can measure page visits, selected interactions, browser and device information, and approximate geography. Google processes network information when an analytics request is sent. This site does not use the analytics permission to enable personalized advertising.
Your accept or decline choice is saved in this browser's local storage for up to 180 days. It applies to this browser, not every device you use. Clearing site storage removes the remembered choice. You can change it here or through the footer.
Withdrawing permission stops subsequent optional measurement; it does not undo information already transmitted. We do not send inquiry text, private workspace content, payment credentials, or contact details as analytics event fields. See Google's privacy policy.
Advertising and outbound links
Display-ad scripts are not enabled on the publication. This analytics preference is not an advertising-consent platform. Selected affiliate banners display images hosted by the affiliate network. Loading those images sends the network request information such as your IP address, browser information, and referring site, even when optional analytics is declined. Separate affiliate impression pixels load only after opt-in and notify the affiliate network that an offer was displayed. These requests may carry network and browser information under the network's own privacy practices. The policy and consent controls will be reviewed before any display-ad scripts are enabled.
On public editorial pages, the optional CJ script reports the page's link destinations and CJ image URLs, along with our publisher and website identifiers, to CJ for page-impression measurement. Requests may include CJ cookies and network information, and CJ may return additional impression images. After you allow optional features, the script can convert eligible retailer links into commission-earning CJ links as it loads. It is excluded from checkout, private workspaces, policy pages, and visits with query strings or URL fragments, to avoid forwarding information embedded in those addresses. Withdrawing optional permission reloads the page to remove the script and restore the original links; it does not undo information already sent.
Following an external vendor link takes you to that provider's site, where its own privacy and cookie policies apply. An identified affiliate link may route through an affiliate network and carry attribution information about the referring publication. Affiliate tracking links are used only for approved relationships; an ordinary vendor link does not establish one. See our affiliate disclosure.
Payments, delivery, and service providers
When you choose PayPal checkout, PayPal processes payment information under its privacy statement. We receive the order, payment status, and customer information needed to verify payment, provide access, deliver the purchase, answer support requests, and handle refunds. Our purchase records remain necessary even if optional analytics is declined.
Information entered into a purchased workspace is used to provide that workspace and its output. Do not enter secrets or unnecessary personal information about other people. Payment and form pages may use providers necessary for the action you choose, including security checks.
Hosting, storage, security, payment, and communication providers process information needed for those functions. Our site uses Cloudflare infrastructure; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. Providers may process information outside your country under their own applicable terms.
Retention and requests
Retention depends on the purpose of the record: operating the site, maintaining purchased access, responding to support, preventing abuse, and meeting accounting or legal obligations. The 180-day preference period is not a promise that all operational or purchase records are deleted after 180 days.
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information connected to your interaction, or to ask about other rights available where you live. We may need to verify the request and retain records that are still required. Please use the email address associated with the interaction where possible.
Changes to this policy will appear on this page with an updated date. For purchase remedies, see the refund policy.
