Creative, destination, inventory, dates, rate, cap, and reporting terms are confirmed before invoicing.No campaign activates until PayPal confirms the exact invoice payment. The sponsor ledger separates funded, earned, and unearned amounts.
Reporting is aggregate and does not include visitor identities, email addresses, raw IP addresses, or customer-level data.The CPC pilot does not automatically renew. Separate flat-rate or recurring placements require their own written deliverables and approval before any PayPal checkout is issued.

- There is no charge to apply or review the fit.
- The sponsor may decline before paying the PayPal invoice at no cost.
- Unused CPC funding remains unearned and is eligible for a written extension or refund of the undelivered balance.
- A PayPal refund event immediately stops CPC delivery while the funded, earned, and refunded amounts are reconciled.
- If GPTMarketPlus cannot start a flat placement, the sponsor receives a full refund; an interruption receives replacement days or a proportional refund.
- The final written placement terms control and must be accepted before the invoice is sent.
